In 1983 Louis Varoutsos helped to establish
the very successful restaurant chain in Florida called Miami
Subs. He had the opportunity to travel all over the U.S.
and sampled all kind of foods along the way. When he visited
Philadelphia he tried the Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich
and loved it. At some point his travels took him to Buffalo
New York and he ordered the chicken wings. He ate them morning
noon and night and still didn't get tired of eating Buffalo
wings.
Louis Varoutsos thought
that everyone should enjoy theses foods. In bringing these
two American favorites to Montreal Quebec Canada a chain
of events started that would change the fast food industry
forever. Louis Varoutsos's good friend George Goulakos
became so inspired after spending time talking with Louis
about opening a restaurant that he ended up helping Louis
create the name and identity of Buffalo
Bill Wings.
Buffalo
Bill Wings have
been thrilling taste buds since 1987 with their award winning
